Hobby grower's kit for shiitake mushrooms

For growing shiitake mushrooms indoors in special growing bags. Consists of 2 litre shiitake grain spawn, 2 x 2 kg specially sterilized wood chips, gypsum, 2 special, perforated plastic bags (short size).

After mixing the spawn and wood chips and filling the bag, hang it up or put it in a stable wire mesh cage. Time to harvest approx. 10 weeks. Expect 2 - 3 harvests per bag. The first harvest can exceed 500 g per bag. Detailed instructions included.
