Special wood chips for growing mushrooms. We use the same chips for our shiitake combi-sets. They are made of fresh deciduous wood (above all beech) and are heat-treated during drying. This ensure they are nearly sterile.
Customers willing to experiment can develop their own methods of cultivating various mushroom types on wood chips.
