Rights to cancel your purchase order

unambiguously in writing (e.g. a letter sent by post, a telefax or e-mail) that you want to cancel the purchase agreement.
You can use the sample purchase order cancellation form at Cancellation form pdf file but you are not obliged to use this form.
The despatch of the written order cancellation before the 14 days has expired is sufficient to meet the deadline for cancellation.
Consequences of cancelling your order
In the event of your purchase order being cancelled, we will refund all payments which we have received from you, including delivery costs you paid (with the exception of additional costs which arose because you choose another delivery option instead of the least expensive standard delivery which we offer), without delay and at the latest within 14 days of the date when we received your order cancellation. We will use the same payment method for the refund which you used for the original transaction, unless we explicitly agreed another method; we will not charge you any fees for carrying out the refund. We may refuse the refund until we have received back the goods, or until you can prove that you have sent back the goods, whichever of these happens earlier.
You must return the goods to Nicola Krämer without delay and in any case within 14 days from the date of your order cancellation. The deadline for cancellation is met if you return the goods before the 14 days has expired. You must pay the costs of returning the goods. You are only obliged to compensate us for any loss of value of the goods if the deterioration is due to any handling of the goods which exceeds that necessary to test the nature, basic functions and properties of the goods.
