King oyster mushroom (Pleurotus eryngii).In response to numerous customer requests, we are also offering small grain spawn packs this season. Important: We do not recommend this mushroom species for newcomers to mushroom cultivation, as cultivation is difficult. You can grow it on straw, but unfortunately the king oyster mushroom is not as productive on it as the other oyster mushroom species, the lime mushroom and the pink mushroom.
